Job/Internship Description
Job SummaryWe currently have an opportunity for a Summer 2021 Human Resources Intern to join the Recruiting department.ResponsibilitiesTo learn how a corporate recruiting team operates.Learn systems used in recruiting.Work with great team.Support Recruiting by processing background checks for newly offered candidates and scheduling interviews.Follow up with candidates on needed information, assist candidates with questions and or issues with the process.Learn vendor system and use to track progress of background checks.Track candidates in Excel.Learn Workday, a prominent Human Capitol Management (HCM) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) used in many corporations.Use Outlook and Office 365 to schedule candidate interviews with Hiring Managers. Support candidate with questions regarding interviews or issues.Make schedule adjustments and work with hiring managers.Requirements:Good customer service skills.Ability to demonstrate patience and be encouraging and upbeat with candidates.Basic technical ability to use systems, Outlook calendar and email.Basic excel skills, ability to manipulate a spreadsheet with data entry and set up.Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university programBe classified as a minimum of a sophomore; andMust be planning to return to school at the end of his/her breakAdditional InformationWe offer an excellent salary and benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, disability,401K with company match, andwellness program.Fresenius Kabi is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
