Glyn Poage, an official court reporter from Helotes, Texas, was installed as 2013-2014 Vice President of the National Court Reporters Association. Poage, who holds the professional certifications of Registered Diplomate Reporter (RDR), the Certified Realtime Reporter (CRR), and the Certified Shorthand Reporter (CSR) issued by Texas, is an official court reporter for the 166th District Court in Bexar County, Texas. He has also worked as a federal official court reporter, a freelance court reporter, and a court reporting instructor. In 2009, Poage was inducted as a Fellow into NCRA’s Academy of Professional Reporters, and in 2004, he received Santo J. Aurelio Altruism Award from the NCRF.
