Your challenges
  • Administrative Support, such as assisting Head of eLabNext, Americas
  • Strong aptitude towards CRM software management tools, in providing reports on monthly basis Working closely with Sales and Marketing team to drive projects and execute tasks e-mail campaigns and follow-ups with existing customers (subscription based model).
  • Tracking and processing renewal licenses
  • Verifying Sales Orders with CRM and Licensing Software
  • Providing needed support to Sales Team to drive sales and build continuous relationships.
  • Participating in monthly meeting to report due tasks for the Sales force.
  • Direct verbal and written communication with clients to optimize customer relationships
  • Direct verbal and written communication with clients
  • Process and progress monitoring vendor setup
  • Handle purchase order requests and/or inquiries
  • Updating the license manager software
  • Processing and sending monthly invoices
  • Keeping and maintaining an appropriate debtor management
  • Processing creditor invoices
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary (for Swag, and other supporting materials)
  • Providing Support to Marketing Department as needed:
  • Event Coordination and Assistance, SWAG, Care Package
  • Reporting and Planning
  • Providing support to Marketing Department
  • Providing support to Key Account Managers
  • Providing external support and managing projects with the Marketing team
  • Working with Technical Support Manager (TSM) and Customer Success Specialist (CSS) in optimizing customer satisfaction.
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary including creating management reports.
Your expertise
  • College degree preferred; and/or one to two years related experience and/or training
  • High energy and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong project management
  • Phenomenal people skills and ability to manage expectations, be on top of their work, and able to create a smooth transition between projects, people and departments
  • An eye for process optimization, and continuously tries to increase efficiency of all internal operations
